These signs typically become more pronounced after age 35, but they can appear earlier due to lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental factors. From the age of 20 onwards, preventing skin aging becomes important, especially when the skin starts to become dull, loses elasticity, and sags before 35—indicative of early aging.
